I gave you the wrong/address/zip code, what do I do?

 

If you provide the wrong address/zip code or name for shipping and your package could not be delivered, it will be considered lost and there is a 50% reship fee as this has nothing to do with us. Please provide the right information as reshipping the products costs you and us money.

My shipping address is different from my billing, what do I do?

 

When you checkout, use your billing address for the main information; however, put your SHIPPING ADDRESS in the "SHIP TO SECTION".

I am seeing ERROR #301, WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

 

Your PC acting up? 301 means your computer is not allowing cookies/files to be stored. Go to IE (internet explorer) TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > SECURITY > ALLOW ALL COOKIES > GO BACK TO THE MAIN TAB > CLEAR HISTORY > CLEAR ALL FILES (OFFLINE TOO) and clear your cache too.

I have a tracking #, why can’t I track the package?

 

The number (#) you have is NOT a tracking number, but rather a delivery confirmation number that ONLY confirms delivery of the product. It's mainly used as proof of delivery, and for the most part you can't track it until it's arrived.

I see some crystallization in the bottle, what do I do?

 

Heat up some water in a bowl, do not let it boil just heat it up close a boil, put the bottle in for about 3-4 minutes, until boil. Then take it out with a GLOVE (don’t burn your hand). NOT a rubber glove! Use a hand-protecting glove. DO NOT OPEN it as it will be hot, let it cool first, once cooled, hold a cloth over it and open the bottle and stir it. Just needs some heat. Be careful when opening the bottle, the contents will be hot after the boiling. DO NOT KEEP THE BOTTLE OPEN NEAR OPEN FLAMES FOR OBVIOUS REASONS! DO NOT RECAP WHILE HOT!

What is the expiration date of the products?

 

As long as you don't keep it in the hot sun, there should be a life of 2-3 years minimum.

I placed an international order, why is it taking a while to arrive?

 

Most international orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours - not counting weekends. Due to customs we try not to clog the certain country with packages. Meaning, if we have 10 orders to Canada, they will go out 2 at a time (in order of receipt) every 48-72 hours, for we want ALL our packages delivered instead of being seized. Some orders can take up to 15-20 days to ship if customs is a problem at that certain time.

Do you guys offer a price match if I find the product cheaper?

 

No, unfortunately, we cannot offer a 'price-matches' due to the fact that our products are best in the industry. We use high-quality European products vs. low-grade Chinese compounds.

Can I pre-order a product?

 

No, unfortunately, we do not allow the pre-ordering of products.

I received a special email 2 weeks ago/last month, but ordered after it was over, why can’t I take advantage of the special?

 

All the specials have an expiring time-frame, to which we strictly abide. Every few months we MIGHT have a special. However, we do not guarantee it. You have to understand that if the special is over, it's over, it wouldn't be fair to allow just 1 person to have it.

What is in your product/ what is it made of?

 

Sorry, we cannot reveal that (besides that actual product - i.e. m/aa, you get what is stated). It would be like Coca Cola reveling it's secret formula, that wouldn't be wise, would it? We will NOT tell you under any circumstances what is the base for suspending the product - that's our trade secret.
